Crystal is pulling up the wrong person for an email/social media profile. How can I fix it?

While we use multiple methods to match our profiles to emails and social media accounts, sometimes we match incorrectly. If you noticedCrystal has the wrong person assigned:

1. Click the “View Personality” button or “Crystal Button”.

2. From there, click “Wrong Person” underneath their name and job title.


If you’re using the sidebar in Gmail, you can click wrong person directly from there:

Wrong Person Gmail Sidebar4. This will pull up our advanced search bar. From there, search for the person. Upon clicking on the appropriate profile, we’ll match that profile to that email address in the future.

Can’t find them through search? Try filling in different combinations of field (location and organization are generally best). It’s also possible we don’t have a profile for them yet!
